We just can't help ourselves, it seems one updating project just leads to another! A big thank you to Grandpa for lining up "on the side" jobs to help us update our 43 year old house!!!!
Today we had the exterior of the house painted (thanks to Brian and Kim for letting us steal your paint color) while Kevin and I laid Bobsod to help complete the upper landscaping. And by complete, I mean just the next step, as it always leads to more (we have aspirations for gravel and an outdoor kitchen down the road).
The boys, especially Brandon, as he claims he remembers the "rolled" grass from the other house, were so excited this am to wake up and find the sod had been delivered some time through the night! They tried to be Daddy's little helper but I think we all know how helpful a three and five year can be....so Mason decided to strip naked and run through the sprinklers!!!!!
We are so excited to have completed some of these renovations we have be planning for since we moved in three years ago, making our house a "home" for our family of four!
