We spent an early, overcast morning at the tide pools. We found little crabs, tiny fish, sea anemonies, and empty urchin shells.

someone loves the water |

The boys decided to build a sand castle, this is a picture in it's early stage however an hour or two later it was much bigger and only took a couple big waves as the tide came back on to wipe it out! |

This is as brave as Brandon got on his own! |

goodbye tide pools, until next time |
We had so much fun in Anaheim! It was nice to spend the extra time with my family and Diane during this trip. Thank you to Aunt Sharon (Bruce) for letting us stay at your house, feeding us, and being so generous, we really appreciate it! Also a special thank you Diane and Sharon for watching the kiddos so Kevin and I could have an evening together, it was wonderful.
Mason got brave this trip and decided he did not need a "noodle" to swim. He is now fearless, jumping into the pool and swimming to the edge, even in the deep end. Brandon and Mason still favor their Momma and baby snake beadie babies and show their Abolone shells to anyone who comes by the house.
