Camping weekend-day 2

We spent a couple hours occupying ourselves while Kevin checked a trail cam this am, but as luck would have it, he found an antler!!!!!  These boys love the water.
My hubby....trying to find us some animals

The Payne boys!

we had fun glassing up, well, nothing tonight on Terry Flat

my boys....

Our "camping house"

We'd be lost without our tractors....

We have a new favorite camping spot, next to a stream, outside of Alpine!  It is perfect and we can't wait to go back....in a couple months.

Memorial weekend Camping trip-Day 1

Momma and Me time, early in the am....in the "camping house"

Lovin' the great outdors.....

Here she is, our new-used camper.....I may never tent camp again!!!!

The dogs & boys love the stream we camp next to...hours of entertainment for all!

yes, those are rain clouds behind my hubby....

hanging at camp....under the awning of the camper

the picture does not do it justice but yes, that is snow flurries falling!

waiting patiently to catch a fish at Nelson's Reservoir

fish on.......

they were both brave and touched the fish!

this trip was all about "catch & release"

my boys!!!!

We did it, we purchased a camper and I may NEVER return to tent camping again.  You may think I am kidding but now that I am camping in luxury....it is fabulous.  I think they call it Glamping???
Our camper is perfect for our family and it served us well on our maiden voyage!  It even proved to be rain-worthy.

Saturday at the park

Poor Mason, he just wants to play t-ball!

Coach Brian and Brandon really hit it off!

Couldn't help but get some action shots this am.  It was hot at the park but Brandon did great and it's amazing how much better the Phillies are getting!  Brandon has really made a connection with Coach Brian, who is really helping Brandon to improve.  It's amazing how receptive Brandon is to Coach but doesn't want to listen to an ounce of advice from his Daddy!
And then there is Mason, who would practically give his right arm to be able to play ball with the team!  He usually keeps himself busy finding treasures (i.e. trash on the ground), playing with Ayla (her older brother plays on the Dodgers and is at St Mark's in B's class)., or demands to go to the playground.  I'm pretty sure he is going to be an athlete.....
