1st day of school 2016-2017

Mason (and Momma) was all smiles!  Ms Debbie is our bus rider again this year.  Mason is familiar with her, as she always waved to him when we waited with Brandon at the bus stop!

The boys found this baby king snake on the back porch, right between the sliding glass door and window!  He stayed for a couple days but finally moved on to find a new home.  Thank goodness because I really didn't want him to make himself to comfortable on the porch!

Payne family weekend

We started a new tradition this summer!  We met Brian's family and Diane for a weekend get away at the Hilton Pointe resort.  We spent the weekend splashing in the pool, going down the lazy river, and catching a Diamondback's game, which included riding the light rail to the park.  It was a blast and we hope we can continue this tradition each year!!!

The 1st annual Payne weekend was a success!  We met Diane and Brians family in Pheonix for a fun end of summer weekend!  The resort we stayed at had an amazing pool with slide, lazy river, and games! There was something for everybody to enjoy this weekend, including riding the Lite Rail to the Diamondbacks game, and just spending time with our cousins! We hope to make this an annual tradition.
